Construction Phases and Projected Payment Schedule

Payments will be due on the dates following the completion of each construction phase according to the estimates shown in the chart below. Expected project delivery is within 18 months. In the unlikely event of unforeseen delays or events due to force majeure, additional delivery time may be required as stated in the purchase agreement. Buyers will not be required to make payments sooner than the dates listed under the “early delivery” scenario shown in the chart below.

Contracting—30%

Phase 1—20%—Land preparation, utility infrastructure, Integrated water reclamation system, foundations completed for all towers.

Phase 2—20%—Superstructure, South Towers—Construction of towers A and C, including building core utility installations.

Phase 3—15%—Superstructure, North Towers—Construction of towers B and D, including building core utility installations.

Phase 4—15%—Interiors (All Buildings)—Completion of building finishes, furnishing, operational readiness.

HOA Fees Due—80,000 Mx Paid directly to HOA account to fund ongoing property management and maintenance expenses through February 15, 2029. Ongoing annual fees will be established prior to that date during the first HOA annual meeting.

Delivery— Final details, inspection and testing, followed by delivery and closing.
